The 3-Minute Coach Feedback

You are too too good. I am inspired by you. I look forward to every newsletter that you sent.

I have been getting your emails for a while and have just recently been good at taking the time to read them. I definitely find value in them. Thank you for making them available. Especially for free.

On Website In many ways, you could be me....except I'm learning to operationalize my mission in a different way. You are a comforting reminder that there are others out there, willingly living their missions as catalysts for change...one spirit at a time.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your list. This was a very good newsletter. (#56) I am still learning and growing. It is a process with many parts. Thank you for doing what you do and being who you are.

From a colleague I'm glad that you're a part of it--your articles tell me that you're interested in helping people see how special they are, too.

I changed my mind and do wish to receive it [The 3-Minute Coach] on both accounts if that is possible as I do not always get the newsletter and it is a wonderful newsletter and very helpful so I do miss it when I do not get it.

As usual, you "hit the spot" in my sensitivities. (#55) I hope you are trying to publish a BOOK of Kaelin wisdom someday. (Keep it short, and work on more than one volume. That way we can savor a collection of related thoughts rather than have the volume bombard all of our senses at once.

Just read another issue of the TMC. I'm so happy I'm still on the mailing list! I loved the thing about being unconditionally constructive. (#53) And also the "pillow art" p piece.

On Website Hi, Louise. I just wanted to congratulate you on having one of the best coaching web sites I have ever come across. I am a coach myself (CTI grad) and am in the process of putting a web site together. You have given me a very good model to work from.

On article "10 Ways to Move from Manager to Coach" Hi. Just wanted to compliment you on a fantastic Top Ten you did on 'From managers to coach'. I totally agree with all ten and this is one of my pet topics -- having been a manager for many many years here in Singapore and now a coach. Thought you'd like to know.

On article "10 Ways to Move from Manager to Coach" Louise, these are great points! I have printed this out and plan to us it as a guide as I "coach" the individuals I am responsible for/to.

Thank you for your newsletter. We thoroughly enjoy each issue.

The emotional Response Primer is a pretty powerful tool. It worked very effectively for me in a recent upset. (#50)

Thank you for your newsletter. Today's column on JOY (#50, Guest Column) is right on the money for me. There are no accidents. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Keep doing what you do.

Thanks for the wonderful strategies for Stress Free Life (#48). They are very helpful.

Fabulous issue. (#48) I hope you are planning to write a book!

(I have had fun watching the garbage can disappear into our cold winter fog, tethered to a large baloon. It is gone forever, right?)

Great issue! (#48). You have so many nuggets of wisdom in your newsletter, I just love it. Two things I want to share that occurred to me when I read the article on stress strategies:

1) Great quote from Gerald Jampolsky (I think): "Forgiveness is giving up all hope of a better past."

2) On the subject of living in the present: Have you read The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle? If not, I recommend it to you and your readers. Tolle provides some of the most powerful meditation techniques I've ever read for achieving peace of mind.

Keep on doing it, Louise. Yours is one of the few newsletters that I save for further reference.

I wanted to thank you for sending me this via your mailing list. Its been a hell of a year with burnout, lost jobs, sick parents and a cat which had to be put to sleep. Your Xmas gift meant a lot and people like you make life worthwhile. Hope 2003 brings good things.

Hello Louise thank you so much for all your wonderful newsletters, I enjoy them with a passion. Thanks so much for the Blueprint for Success, I will indeed read and apply it to my life. I would like to wish you a Merry Xmas, and a Happy and Healthy New Year. In addition I look forward to your newsletters for the 2003. What a lovely way to start the new year with a Dynamic person like you. Thanks again for being a part of my life.

Most excellent newsletter (#43). Your letters and comments are great. The idea of 3 breaths is wonderful because it is less than 10 and quick. The process of attraction and meeting unmet needs were clear, concise and can be implemented rather easily. The process of life is learning to understand that it is our thoughts, intentions, words and deeds which create our present which is the basis for our past and indeed the approaching future. To live fully committed to the present moment provides a life of wonder, magic and incredible adventure. Thanks for being a coach and sharing your thoughts and wisdom.

Loved the last issue of your newsletter (#42) and all that great stuff on visualization. I believe this is one of the most effective techniques we can use to turn dreams into reality. It enables us to harness the limitless power of imagination.

I use this technique whenever I write a script. Having gathered all the background information I need, and decided on the right approach, I then picture myself sitting in front of a TV watching the finished program play out before me. All I have to do after that is write down exactly what I'm seeing on the screen. It doesn't matter what the end product is -- a training video, a marketing presentation or whatever -- this technique makes scriptwriting insanely easy.

Keep up the good work. Your newsletter is one of the best I've ever seen.

Louise, I have been a subscriber for a few months and am always pleased to see your newsletter arrive in my mailbox.

Thank you for what you bring to the world. I do enjoy your newsletter and appreciate your work.

Thank you for keeping me on the mailing list and continuing to send me that lovely, inspiring newsletter which always leaves me feeling that it's still possible to grow--so I don't givve up totally on the dreams... I am finally getting to accomplish a lot of the physical environment things you and I talked about when you were coaching me and will soon be ready for another stretch of coaching.

It's Monday morning, half past midnight, and I have been hanging on to your website for more than two hours now, and if it weren't already late and I hadn't to get up early this morning, I surely would keep on reading your articles until the sun rises.

Although I had only the chance to read no more than a small piece of what you have published by now, I was deeply caught from the very first minute by your thoughts, your imagination, your understanding, your commitment.

Thank you so much !!!

It's the first, but for sure not the last time I've visited your website, and of course I took the chance to subscribe to your newsletters. I'm already looking forward to the next one ... and the next one ... and the next ...

I just finished reading the 3 Minute Coach, and wanted to let you know I enjoyed reading it for my fresh start to the day. I have been in a funk for quite a few years and have been trying to put things in the right perspective and then move along that path. At forty-five I do think it's time to do the those things that were meant or are meant to be me! Finding the right path is tough, at times it's difficult figuring out which one it is. Then picking one and just staying with it can be difficult too. Your emails are a tremendous boost to keep at it. Thank you, I hope you are blessed with all that you write.

I think your newsletter in one of the best out there! It is so well-written and inspiring. Keep up the good work and I hope all your health problems resolve themself. It seems like even the pain comes bearing gifts. Thank you, thank you,

Thank you for the wonderful words and thoughts you share with us, your subscribers

Hi...I love your newsletter and your insights...I was just reading the one about first fears, and it reminded me of an Emerson quote: "Fear is really about not being prepared." It was quite profound for me to understand it that way, and I always retreat to that when I am feeling fear to try to figure out what the fear is about. Then, after identifying it, I really look at if i am prepared, and if I am--that's great. If I am not, then identifying what I need to do to get prepared. It has been a great thing for me....

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed this issue! Attitude of Gratitude and Life on the Front Burner definitely gave me some food for thought. Thankyou

At this time of gratitude, I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the insights and feelings of connectedness I gain from your newsletter. We are all teachers and students to each other and I am thankful to share both relationships with you.

I enjoy reading your 3-Minute Coaching emails

Your article touched me deeply, and all the angry energy I had, turned into a real positive optimism. Thanks. I owe you one.

Am from Malawi and just got my first issue of 3minutecoach newsletter. I must say here that already I was able to identify some area of my life which needed more attention. I will keep re-reading the issue until the next one comes around. It is a great eyeopener and I commend you for the excellent work. Keep it up.

Just to let you know, that you are also read in Trinidad a small island in the Caribbean. I really do enjoy your newsletter, keep up the good work

I have just read your 10 points article in the self improvment newsletter I recieve, and wanted to say hoe wonderful I found it although living thousands of miles away in New Zealand September 11th had a profound effect on me and many others I know. The sadness, anger and disbelief was incredible even though not directly affected by this shocking and horrific tragedy it was like ones life had been turned upside down and life would somehow never be the same again it had a feeling of ones freedom being stripped from them, how one must have felt being there is so hard to fathom. What you wrote was so right,we do have a choice to live in fear or to forge ahead striving for a better and brighter future,I to chose to be a citizen of the world yet I known that has certainly been tested in the last few weeks along with forging ahead and keeping dreams alive and carrying on to keep making them come alive.Your message was very encouraging and I thank you for writing it the world needs more people like you and people who get out and write such things. Thank you once again.

Wonderful article on the choices we can make! [Choices in Aftermath of Terror] I concur with all yours, but I would add one thing, which relates to the need to take realistic measures as we move forward.

When the human body contracts an aggressive cancer, it has to be removed; either cut out through surgery, or burned out with chemotherapy. When the cancer is removed, the body becomes healthy again. The world body of humanity has an aggressive cancer called "Dominance Through Terror." It has to be removed. Love will not remove the immediate threat this cancer poses. Once the World body is healthy again, love will prevent the growth of future cancers and that work should begin right away.

The United States government must wield the surgeon's knife on our behalf, to help restore our immediate health. But, at the same time, we must all launch the healing processes that will replace fear with love and make the world a healthier place for future generations.

In love and peace,

There were many passages of your newsletter that I found very helpful today. Thank you for publishing it [Choices in Aftermath of Terror]

[Your newsletter] was my first taste of your coaching. I am very much refreshed after hearing you . Hope you will keep continuos touch . Bye & best of regards

Louise, thank you for your newsletter. It is always full of useful, confirming information. I have been a reader of Haye's books for years. Glad to see you quote her.

Thank you for your GREAT newsletter!

Hi, I just HAD to write this time after your usually awesome ezine to tell you how very, very much I enjoy the Louise Hay Power Card thoughts. It always seems to be an affirmation that is SO pertinent in my life that day (not coincidentally, I'm sure). Thank you so much for adding the power thoughts in your ezine - it's one of the best parts of it. It's especially cool to see which one will be in the new ezine each month to see how it pertains to my life. Again, many many thanks for your dedication and care.

First of all, I just want to say that I subscribe to quite a few newsletters and yours is definitely one of the best. You find interesting approaches to your material. I loved the article on embracing your numbers.

Thanks for forwarding the "Identifying Your Values inventory" so promptly. It is proving useful in clarifying many issues.

I also want to tell you that your article on the Fear of Forever struck a real chord with me. Especially the paragraph "What if I make a wrong choice?". Are you sure that we haven't met and you aren't describing me!!

So glad to read your suggestions. i have come to the same conclusions quite by accident over the years. i am a retired lady who shares her life with a great guy over 40 years now, but i have to say, it took me a long time to get these easy steps. now that i have the time, i have practiced these on my own with great satisfaction.

I have passed on these lists to our daughters, who keep busy lives as i did once with little children. i hope that they "get it" sooner than i did. they respect my opinions, so i will pass yours on to them.

I just subscribed to your newsletter some weeks ago. I like it very much, thanks for your wonderful advice and sharing your wisdom and experience.

I appreciate your 3 minute coach letters... very practical... great food for thought and motivation with practical steps to enable productive action.

I am a relatively new subscriber to your e-zine "The 3-Minute Coach" and have found something that hit home for me in each edition that I have received. In Issue #15 it was your article "Top 10 Reasons to Identify Your Values". That concept is something that I have been grappling with for sometime now. It's interesting that many books and resources on time management also stress the need to identify values. As you correctly point out in your article, once you are clear on your values it is much easier to decide what your priorities are and then, in turn, how to organise your time and your life.

The challenge is being able to articulate your values and beliefs to a stage that you can then go ahead and integrate them into your life. To that end, I am interested in your inventory in PDF format to help identify core values.

Thanks for this great news letter, I am enjoying it tremendously. I look forward to receiving it. And when I find it in my e-mail I get a good positive feeling of anticipation. I wish you all happiness and success, and thanks for sharing this with us.

I've just subscribed to your newsletter and have received my second one today. I want to thank you! I have written the Louise Hay affirmations on paper and put them on my wall in our office/creative center. My life is changing very quickly for the better and these thoughts and others have helped immensely. I very much enjoy the format of the newsletter, I am looking forward to receiving it! The article on underpromise, overdeliver really "spoke" to me in a way I needed to hear! It clarified a problem I've been dealing with in myself for a long time! Thank you for these life-changing thoughts!

Please send me the needs inventory; I find this article extremely helpful and I want to do more with it.

I want to say thank you again for the inspiring newsletter. The content (Can We Talk) really reflects what I have been experiencing in the last few weeks. I will do my best to adopt them and will share you my experience later.

Excellent, I loved your whole message and the books too. I am really looking forward to the "cards" each time also. Just quick messages to mull over as I go throughout the day. The forgiveness one is so true--I experienced that several years ago and my life has been so much better without that excess baggage! Keep up the great work, we all need your messages and reminders.

This is a wonderful, insightful newsletter!!! I loved Life Lessons. thank you so much for sharing your spirit and wisdom in such a well-written manner. I hope you are feeling better.

If I am not read by a bot ;-), I would like to thank you for your advice, brought to me by Josh Hinds "Inspiration a day" newsletter. I understood immediately your point [about Using Themes]: I never learned English for the sake of it, but because I wanted to know more about topics through books that were written in English. Today, I am recognized as one of the top ten U.S English to French translators, even though I have no diploma and have never been once in the U.S. That made me aware that you need a higher goal to achieve a lower one...

Just wanted to tell you that my ideas on giving were revolutionized by your article on giving vs. generosity. Being a practical minded person, I have struggled with the issue of "wasted" money involved in Christmas gift exchanges, etc. The concept of focusing on generosity throws a new light on the issue and helps me see the real motivation for giving. I can relate this concept to my ideas of teaching vs. learning. As a mother of three grown daughters, I have come to believe that providing a learning environment is far superios to teaching. Now I see that being generous is far superior to giving. Thanks for the inspiration!

This is to let you know that your article "Look in Your Fridge" helped me let go of an old hurt that I experienced in the second grade. I gave a note to a boy telling him I liked him and wanted him to be my boyfriend. He read it to the whole class, which embarassed me to death!

I went through the all steps you suggested. Actually, that's what brought the incident to mind. Since I am sometimes reluctant to initiate new contacts, I tried to think of a time in my past when I felt rejection after initiating a contact with someone. And by letting it go, it does make me feel more willing to initiate future contacts--regardless of the potential outcome. Thanks for your help.

I enjoyed your new newsletter [Look in Your Fridge]. It actually made me think of my students instead of myself. I teach second grade and I've always tried not to embarrass or belittle kids infront of their classmates. But sometimes a student makes me "crazy" and words slip out that shouldn't. Your newsletter was a good reminder to me how my words can effect my kids. Thanks!

I just wanted to pass on a quick note that I thouroughly enjoy your 3 minute coach newsletter! Thanks for including me. I am currently following your advice about simplifying---I'm now cleaning out my inbox!

But I am saving yours--to pass on-. I also was feeling overwhelmed with stuff (still am) and remembered the list--that comes next! Anyway,, I think the best testament to someone's advice is when it is taken--so my hat is off to you! You have a real talent in this area---and you have my thanks!

I enjoyed your newsletter and it helped me today. I thought about your information about energizing and just facing stuff, so at work, I did just that. I'm in a service industry and of course, sometimes things go wrong. Well, rather than not face the phone call, I went back & called the client. (I got voice mail, which is good at times!) Confrontation is an area I'm weak at. So, just wanted you to know you made a difference today. GOOD FOR YOU!

This is excellent, my friend, and you have helped me already........thank you for starting my day on a helpful and positive note

Thanks for these and do keep me on the list. I am also sending to friends -- it's an impressive missive!

I love the clutter tip! Great idea!

Thanks! This really struck a chord. I'm in the process of cleaning out closets and simplifying.

Thanks for the newsletters. They do make me stop and think.

You have much to offer with your common sense balance

I thoroughly enjoy your newsletter. Thank you, thank you for sharing with us your knowledge and insight on how to simplify our lives. We need more of these tips.

I finally had a chance to read your Touch point newsletters. They are great! I like the topics. The article about positive thinking is what I needed to read today,
